Wiise Secures $16 Million from KPMG for Global Expansion

Wiise, a cloud enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform created through a collaboration between KPMG, CBA, and Microsoft, has received a $16 million investment from KPMG Australia to support its global expansion plans. The funding, described as a “Series B funding round,” will help accelerate Wiise’s growth efforts over the next three years, with the initial focus on expanding its operations to New Zealand.

This expansion coincides with the launch of its Wiise Warehouse OnTime product, which covers shipping, receiving, and item tracking. Wiise aims to provide innovative digital transformation solutions to small and medium-sized businesses and support their market opportunities.

KPMG sees this investment as part of its commitment to fostering home-grown fintech with international potential, as SMEs globally are increasingly embracing digitization, and Wiise’s platform plays a pivotal role in enabling this transformation.
