Whistleblower Alleges UFO Cover-Up in Congress

Former military intelligence officer David Grusch, now a whistleblower, testified before the House Oversight Committee’s national security subcommittee, alleging that executive branch agencies have been concealing information about unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAPs) or UFOs from Congress for years.

Grusch, who served in the Air Force and National Geospatial Intelligence Agency, revealed that he was denied access to a “multi-decade UAP crash retrieval and reverse-engineering program” during his work on classified programs. He accused the military of misusing funds to keep these operations hidden from congressional oversight. Grusch also claimed to have interviewed officials with knowledge of aircraft of “nonhuman” origins and the recovery of “biologics” from some crafts.

Lawmakers from both parties expressed their interest in investigating these allegations further, reflecting a growing demand for transparency from the executive branch on the UAP issue. The release of video recordings showing unidentified objects moving at high speeds without apparent propulsion has garnered attention from Congress and the public in recent years. The Pentagon’s All-Domain Anomaly Resolution Office has investigated around 800 UAP reports, but while some cases have been explained, many others remain unexplained. Lawmakers believe the military possesses more information about these objects than has been disclosed.

A spokeswoman for the All-Domain Anomaly Resolution Office stated that they have not found any verifiable information to support claims of past or current programs related to extraterrestrial materials possession or reverse-engineering. The department remains committed to timely and comprehensive reporting to Congress.
