Skillsoft is a well-known digital learning platform announces its acquisition of Codeacademy. Which is a leading online platform for technical skills. This new addition to Skillsoft will bring technical skills in 14 coding Languages. Also, it offers courses in the cloud, data science and cybersecurity.

The acquisition is expected to bring revenue growth and create cross-selling opportunities. The news of the acquisition release just before Skillsoft reports its full financial year results on 6 April. And the deal is now close. It will give a quality platform combined with Codeacademy to the students in near future.
