Salesforce Inc is collaborating with ChatGPT creator OpenAI to bring the Chatbot sensation to its business software Slack. The aim is to provide generative artificial intelligence to its software for better services.
According to Reuters, the company stated that it is calling it EinsteinGPT and will combine its proprietary AI with that of outside partners, including OpenAI. It will assist in drafting emails, customer-account information, and computer coding. Additionally, ChatGPT would help users summarize conversation threads and handle other queries.
