Microsoft 365 Copilot: Australian Enterprises to Test AI Assistant

NAB (National Australia Bank): NAB is interested in testing Copilot for specific tasks and roles within the bank to assess the potential impact of generative AI.

Suncorp: Suncorp plans to leverage Copilot to connect insurance policyholders with relevant documentation. The goal is to enhance how employees access and utilize essential content, such as insurance product disclosure statements, to better assist customers.

AGL: AGL will initially focus on users who are heavy content producers or leaders with demanding schedules filled with conflicting meetings. However, the specific applications of Copilot in these scenarios have not been detailed.
