After 11 years with the bank, ANZ’s cloud transformation lead left to become Telstra’s primary cloud COE lead.
Davies made her shift public on LinkedIn; her new position at Telstra falls within the company’s network and IT division.
Davies provided and produced strategic assistance for ANZ’s cloud transformation goals while working there, including the creation of a more comprehensive programme plan.
Prior to leaving in 2014 to take a senior project management role at Monash University, Davies first joined ANZ in 2011 as a senior business analyst and project manager.
In 2015, she rejoined ANZ as senior delivery lead, a position she held for more than three and a half years while supervising the delivery security initiatives.
From late 2018 until she assumed her final position in July 2021, Davies served as the bank’s cyber defence lead.
Additionally, Davies spent nearly eight and a half years in a variety of IT positions with Tennis Australia.
