Ken Griffin, the billionaire boss, has won immense admiration after taking thousands of employees and their families on an incredible holiday to Disney World.
Mr Griffin, the founder of American hedge fund Citadel and owner of Citadel Securities, showed his appreciation by inviting his employees, their partners, and children to the all-inclusive getaway at the Florida theme park.
The trip was a hugely generous gesture, and it was a great way for Mr Griffin to show his employees how much he values them for their hard work and dedication. He personally paid for the entire experience, from flights and accommodation to food and beverages, and, of course, all of the rides and attractions at Disney World.
The weekend away was a huge success, and employees, their partners and children were able to relax and have some fun. Photos shared on social media showed families enjoying the rides and attractions, posing with their favourite characters, and having a great time.
The trip was also a great way for employees to bond and get to know each other better. Some of the staff members had never been to Disney World before, and they were able to experience the magic of the theme park with their families.
Approximately 10,000 people attended the event, of which approximately 2,500 were children.
The entire group was provided with entrance fees, accommodation, food, and travel by the 54-year-old, who has a staggering net worth of $US32.3 billion, according to Forbes.
Zia Ahmed, a spokesman for Citadel, confirmed that the event was organised to commemorate a year of remarkable accomplishments, including a growth of nearly 31 percent from the beginning of the year up until November 1.
