Here we sit down with Tiffany, to know a bit more about her journey as an entrepreneur.

Q. Tell us a little more about your journey as an entrepreneur – how did you get started? What inspired you?

Tiffany: My mother was an entrepreneur, and I grew up watching her run a business. It inspired me to do the same. My top value is freedom, and entrepreneurship has helped me create a life of time and money freedom, as well as location independence. I love solving problems for people, and that’s essentially what entrepreneurship is.

My zone of genius is seeing inefficiencies with products and services, making it easy to spot gaps in the market to develop products and services that are superior to the competition. I’ve built many businesses from the ground up, starting at zero to multiple-figure companies in very competitive niches. I enjoy the entrepreneurship journey and am incredibly grateful for the life it’s allowed me to create. I turned my passion for entrepreneurship into a High Performance Coaching business and now help other business owners start and scale their companies to six and multiple seven figures and beyond. I teach them how to create a business that supports a freedom lifestyle.

Q. What’s one thing in your routine that you do consistently that has made a huge difference in your personal or business life?

Tiffany: I believe how you start the day dictates the results you create. My morning routine is non-negotiable, and I’ve found when my clients have a solid morning routine, they have a grounded foundation to work from, allowing them to be more efficient. When working with me in my High Performance Coaching program, this is the first thing we accomplish because by having a consistent morning practice, you set up your day to be proactive versus reactive, making all the difference in whether you live into your potential.

Starting your day in a reactive state will only get you so far, and you’ll create a glass ceiling for yourself. By setting your morning up to win, you win daily. I feel a morning routine is crucial to achieving your next level and becoming a high performer, so I created a course called High Performance Morning Mastery. I believe success leaves clues. Take a look at the high performing, successful people you know. I bet they have a powerful morning routine that sets them up for success. Success isn’t achieved by accident. It’s done on purpose, and that starts with your morning.

Q. Who are your mentors and inspiration? And what knowledge or insight did they give to you that was valuable?

Tiffany: I have two mentors I believe together provide a complete road map on how to live into your potential. They are Brendon Burchard and Doctor Joe Dispenza. Achieving high levels of success and living up to your potential is about 70% mindset and energy work, along with 30% strategy.

Together, you can create any result you want. If you’re missing the mindset, energy, or proper actions, you’ll have an exasperating journey to your next level. Brendon provides the strategies you need to become a high performer, and Doctor Joe delivers the tools and understanding to tap into your personal power. Combining these two teachings is imperative to break through to new levels of achievement and to create the life and business of your dreams. I’ve studied under them for the last decade and received personal coaching from both. I was also certified by Brendon’s company High Performance Institute to be an official High Performance Coach. Now I teach my clients how to implement what I’ve learned and embodied so that the journey to accomplishing their ambitions becomes enjoyable and effortless.

Q. What has been your most satisfying moment in business?

Tiffany: My most satisfying moments in business are when I coach clients to achieve all-new levels of revenue and time freedom in their business and help them create a business that supports the life they want to live.

Nothing feels more rewarding than spreading my knowledge and making a difference to other business owners. Being an entrepreneur is one of the most challenging things you’ll ever sign up for, but on the flip side of that comes the greatest rewards you’ll ever feel, and when I help clients through their struggles to achieve their ambitions, it lights me up more than anything I’ve ever experienced. It’s an expansive feeling of contribution and service that fuels my mission to create a huge impact in the world, and that starts in these micro-moments of transformation. When my clients win, I win, and that is why I’m extremely dedicated to their success when they join my High Performance Coaching program.

Q. How do you market your business, and which tactics have been most successful?

Tiffany: I own many companies, and each has unique marketing tactics that work for them. One of my companies is a marketing agency that helps business owners create consistent, scalable, automated, and predictable revenue through our triple-threat marketing method. If you want to learn more about our method, listen to my podcast Success on Purpose, where I did a detailed episode.

After coaching and consulting thousands of business owners for over a decade, I’ve realized that most CEOs struggle with marketing, which is why I created my marketing company. Across all of my businesses, we use a combination of Google Ads, GBP marketing, SEO, FB Ads, Community Groups, Podcasting, PR, collaborations, and networking. Not all marketing methods are built the same. I can’t give recommendations based on what my company does because I may have different goals than you. The marketing methods you choose as a business owner should support what your goals are for the business. Through my High Performance Coaching programs, I help business owners identify what marketing methods will support their goals, and we then implement them.

My clients double, triple, and quadruple their revenue while working with me because of this personalized approach. I highly recommend working with an expert before choosing a marketing strategy for your business.

Many people online only promote marketing methods that helped them become successful, but those methods may not be what your business needs. My best advice for marketing is to pick a strategy and stick with it until it gets your business to the revenue level you want. Don’t get shiny penny syndrome; stick with one thing until you get it consistent, and then build another marketing leg. Your marketing efforts should stack onto one another and compound over time.

Q. What have been your biggest failures or challenges?

Tiffany: I don’t believe there is such a thing as “failure”. I believe if you take action and don’t achieve the result you wanted, it’s teaching you something. There is great wisdom to extract when your action is not working. The issue with most business owners is they don’t stop to learn the lesson and apply it, and they end up in a situation where they’re throwing spaghetti to see what sticks, which is less than efficient.

Essentially, entrepreneurship is the job of solving problems for your business and your customers. If you aren’t getting the result from an action you’ve tried, then it’s about solving the issues as to why it didn’t work so you can either make it work or allow the lessons to guide you toward a new action that will get you there. With that said my most significant growth area in entrepreneurship has been building up the confidence to follow my intuition and not allowing my mind to steer me toward what others say I should do or sticking to the most logical answer. It’s taken me years to develop a strategy to follow my intuition and create a decision-making framework that allows me to stick with intuitive choices and have the confidence to believe my heart knows the way. In my High Performance Coaching program, I help clients create their personalized decision-making framework, and it’s incredible to see how fast their results shift.

I find there is no “right” or “wrong” answer in business and that you will never “fail” as long as you don’t give up. I’ve found my intuition never steers me in the wrong direction, and I see the greatest outcomes when I follow it. This isn’t easy to navigate as a CEO, and I’m sure any entrepreneur will tell you the same. All the clients I work with experience self-doubt, wanting to follow what someone else told them would work, and trying to do it the “right” way or thinking they “should” do it a certain way. This creates a lot of inner turmoil and stalls business progress, and it is what I help my clients overcome. My greatest advice to you, an entrepreneur, is to create a decision-making framework that includes logic and intuition, and you will create magic with much less resistance.

Q. How did this failure, or apparent failure, set you up for later success?

Tiffany: Following my intuition in business has helped me skyrocket revenue and live every day with more ease. My first online business was an e-commerce store, and at the time, I had a mentor who told me the niche I selected would never work, and I chose not to listen to him.

I decided to launch the store anyway and follow my gut, and 14 months later, I hit seven figures in revenue. Needless to say, my mentor was flabbergasted, and I blew myself away by creating these results. This only happened by listening to myself, not following someone else’s advice, and trusting I knew what I was doing. If I had listened to him and not started that store, my life would be way different as that store allowed me to buy a one-way ticket to Thailand, and that’s when I started traveling the world and building other online businesses.

Q. If someone was to create a TV show about you, what would it be about and what would it be called?

Tiffany: I love this question! If someone created a TV show about me, it would be called “Diaries Of A Globe-Trotting Entrepreneur.” I’ve been traveling the world for 15 years, all while starting and scaling online businesses.

The show would document the process of how I navigate moving to and living in different countries while staying consistent with scaling companies. Many clients who work with me have the same aspirations of traveling the world but don’t in fear their business results will suffer. I know they’d appreciate a behind-the-scenes look into how I do it.

It takes a lot of systems, discipline, and confidence to manage it all, but anyone can learn how with the right mindset. If I can do it, anyone can. I think this would be a big hit on Netflix. Maybe I’ll pitch this idea for their next reality show.
