EXCLUSIVE WITH XPERIENCE ONLINE CO-FOUNDER, KANJI LOW

Kanji Low is a World Class Australian-based Business Coach, Mentor, and Co-Founder of Xperience Online a revolutionary gamified self-development platform creating immersive experiences where you can earn while you transform. He has been featured in YahooFinance, Thrive, Medium and Influencive. He has worked with clients from all over the world in this digital age and in these unprecedented times.

Working with committed individuals, Kanji synergizes with conscious entrepreneurs and coaches through his signature 1 on 1 mentoring program, group coaching, and servant leader community. Kanji has helped clients launch and scale their coaching business, achieving their first $20K month as 6 figure coaches and beyond, allowing them to transform their lives financially, spiritually, physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Kanji wasn’t always where he is now. Working day in and day out in a corporate IT role, Kanji always felt as though he was meant for more. Specifically, he felt that his energies shouldn’t be solely focused upon his side-hustles outside of his 9-5, but towards developing himself into the kind of person that could profoundly serve others. Through explorations of multiple ventures, from flipping Air Jordan’s to teaching languages, Kanji felt that what came most naturally to him was his ability to listen, develop and educate others.

Kanji now helps entrepreneurs and coaches positively impact the world through their life’s mission and service. According to him, it all comes down to growth and contribution – how his clients utilise their self-development journeys, and how they will pass this along to others. “It’s not what the clients get or what I provide, ultimately it’s beyond us and is about what the clients will do to pass these experiences to the people they serve,”

Here we sit down with Kanji, to learn a bit more about his journey as an entrepreneur.

Q. WHAT INSPIRED YOU TO BECOME AN ENTREPRENEUR?

Kanji: I came from humble beginnings where I witnessed how my parents who migrated from Malaysia were always working and never had time for themselves. I always felt there was more than one way of doing things in life than the traditional system going to school and getting a job. I always wanted to live a life of freedom and give back to my family as they have worked hard their whole life to support me. Everyone that paving the way in the world from Jeff Bezos to Elon Musk all started from a humble beginning and this has always been an aspiration of mine to find my own purpose and help others find theirs through business and spirituality.

Q. HOW DID YOU GET STARTED?

Kanji: During studying at university and working in my corporate IT job, I explored multiple ventures from flipping Air Jordan, building websites, resume templates, SEO marketing, family restaurant, and teaching languages. I focused on developing myself when I started my self-development journey in 2017 unbeknown to me at the time into the kind of person that could profoundly serve others. It was in 2019 when things really shifted, I got introduced to a mentor who unlock belief, clarity and provided him the tools to launch my online coaching business. From there, I felt that what came most naturally to me was my ability to listen, develop and educate others through online coaching.

Q. WHAT WAS YOUR BIGGEST STARTUP CHALLENGE? WHAT STEPS DID YOU TAKE TO OVERCOME IT? WHAT DID YOU LEARN?

Kanji: With any startup or business, the beginning is always a challenge but in particular when I started as a business coach, the biggest start-up challenge was bringing on my first client as a business coach. I remember posting content I have never posted before only getting like 5 likes for my Facebook videos and at the time my Instagram was a food blog, I pretty much started from nothing booking in calls with work colleagues on this new venture who didn’t value what I was doing, people not messaging back, people not turning up to calls, people saying no to my offers. The steps I took were that I booked in calls, did crazy marketing strategies including tagging 99 people on one post on FB, I also booked in call after call with people who only wanted to want to change. It wasn’t until New Year’s Eve where I just celebrated this new me that I got a message from who banked in my first high ticket sale. Through each experience, I learned resilience, grit, and failure are necessary for you to succeed in anything you put your energy into. I learned that changing your personality really changed your personal reality as it was the identity I was being that was getting me these results as I was moving as this new person and this is a continual evolution.

Q. WHAT IS THE MOST MEMORABLE THING YOU’VE DONE SINCE YOU STARTED YOUR BUSINESS?

Kanji: The most memorable thing I’ve done since starting my business as a business was my first business trip to New Zealand and Perth. Having business workshops in NZ was a memorable experience and it really showed me what it was like living as a business coach, training at the gym together with high vibrational people, and sharing insights. My trip to Perth was to visit one of my clients to celebrate their growth and evolution. These trips just showed me that the more you are of service to others, the more that will be served back as a byproduct!

Q. WHAT IS ONE BOOK YOU RECOMMEND, AND WHY?

Kanji: I would highly recommend the book Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself by Dr Joe Dispenza as it breakdowns how your personality creates your personal reality and the power of meditation to access theta waves so you can reprogram your subconscious mind to be the best version of you. It has been the core of my teachings back to my clients as energy, spirituality, and business have a beautiful synergy between all of them. There are so many insights on how you are not limited to your current identity and why people stay the same without knowing how to evolve into their best version to attract the things they want in life.

Q. WHAT ARE YOUR TOP 3 FAVOURITE ONLINE APPS, TOOLS OR RESOURCES AND WHAT DO YOU LOVE ABOUT THEM?

Google Calendar – to keep on track of my meetings and schedule. This also integrates with the majority of platforms to facilitate life-changing client experiences.

Calendly – To book in conversations with beautiful people to unlock their potential with those who are working with me as clients and potential clients.

Xperience Online – Currently launching Version 1, the gamified self-development platform is an innovative meditation app that will be part of a multi-faceted immersion experience were in the next versions. As part of our meditation challenge in November will be rewarding exclusive NFTs that will be included in the platform for AR/VR immersive experiences as part of our roadmap.

Q. IN TERMS OF LEGACY, WHAT IS THE MARK YOU’D LIKE TO LEAVE ON THE WORLD?

Kanji: The legacy I want to leave is to awaken the world’s potential as an industry leader in self-development and education, a world-class online coach, and a channel of service to bring out the best version of them and their own life’s mission.

Q. IN ONE SENTENCE, WHAT’S THE BEST ADVICE YOU’D GIVE TO SOMEONE JUST STARTING OUT ON THEIR ENTREPRENEURIAL JOURNEY?

Kanji: The best advice I’d leave for someone starting out is to “Fall in love with being the best version of yourself.” When you commit to serving for yourself and those around you, you fall in love in improving not just yourself but as a by-product, everyone around does as well. As Gandhi says, “be the change you want to see in the world” it always starts from within you.
