Bloomberg News claimed that Apple is planning to reveal a low-cost 5G iPhone and an improved iPad on or around March 8, citing people familiar with the situation.
The next iPhone will be the first upgrade to the iPhone SE model in two years, including 5G network capabilities, an enhanced camera, and a quicker CPU, according to the claim.
Apple released two new MacBook Pro models in October that operate on more powerful in-house CPUs.
With the projected debut still more than a month away, Apple’s plans may alter due to production delays or other adjustments, according to the report.
The corporation did not immediately reply to a request for comment from Reuters.
Based in Cupertino, California, Apple has overcome a severe worldwide shortage of computer processors, reporting record holiday quarter sales in January, exceeding profit projections and anticipating that the shortfall is shrinking.
