A major company that has it’s specializations in blockchain technology is now claiming that it has found a number of fake and black vaccine markets that accept cryptocurrency payments on the dark web.
The Dark Web, if you are unaware, is actually home to about 95% of all content on the internet. The dark web can’t be accessed from your regular Google Chrome.
This grey area of the internet is often used for the sale of illegal goods such as drugs and ammunitions among other such services.
Coinfirm Exposes Vaccine Black Market
Coinfirm, which specializes in “mass adoption of cryptocurrency in the financial system,” has said that it has found a surprising details of suppliers who are selling stolen vaccines and certificates.

The report was published on the 1st of July. It featured two of the major learnings from the study of the the vaccine black market on dark web.
“The investigation found scammers offering vaccines on the darknet and probable health sector corruption,” the report reads.
‘Vaccine Shop’
A screenshot of the so-called black market vaccine shop was also attached.
“We are very proud to finally be able to make everyone an offer to sell a vaccine against covid-19,” the website landing page displays.
The party is said to be offering BioNTech vaccines and Moderna vaccines. It claims to deliver the jabs directly in the US, Canada, Australia, Mexico, Poland, Portugal, France, the Netherlands, Italy, and Spain.
Where Are The Black Marketers Based?
Coinfirm has been able to identify the marketplace of sellers in both the United States and Russia, as well as many other small island countries which are connected with this illegal activity on the Dark Web.
One of the party claims to be able to enter the customer’s data in the national health databases, and sell it as proof of date of receipt of the vaccine and / or certificates.
“When you send me your address, I put the lot numbers from your area on the cards. You can either choose to put your name and birthday on the cards yourself for privacy reasons or I can put them so that the handwriting don’t [sic] be different and you will be in the system. In the data base [sic], the only thing that comes up is the lot numbers. Your name will not show up in the system because it is not needed for getting the vaccine.”
