TPG Telecom currently holds a 15-year lease on the data centre, with an option for an additional 10 years, and intends to continue using the facility after its sale.

The data centre includes vacant areas that are currently subject to an application for “9B educational use,” with the potential to accommodate around 500 students if approved.
