ANZ has completed the first half of a three-year technological upgrade to create a worldwide worker portal based on SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow.
At the ServiceNow Knowledge 2022 conference in Sydney, representatives from the bank discussed ongoing efforts to centralise HR systems under the PeopleHub platform.
PeopleHub, which is being driven by ANZ’s Talent & Culture (T&C) department with the help of EY, will eventually be the one point of entry for employees in 32 countries for all HR services.
ANZ is also exploring how ServiceNow may be used in other areas of the business, beginning with finance and procurement.
Burke added, “We’re about to launch procurement into ServiceNow for their case management and knowledge.”
“And when we think of security and BCP [business continuity planning] capabilities, we’ve got some pretty substantial programmes and projects currently looking at audit services, risk services, workplace services, and quite a few IT operations as well.”
“All of a sudden, everything is coming together, and the data visibility is really huge in terms of connecting those cross-corporate processes and driving significant self-service.”
“And that single gateway experience and that uniform mobile experience are arguably the most important things that we’re now starting to think about.”
