If you’re in the market for NFTs then February 2022 might just be your month! With new products being launched every day it can be confusing to know which are going to be the best ones for you to invest in. Never fear Matt’s Crypto is here to give you the lowdown on all that glitters in the new frontier. Stay tuned for what just might be the next gold rush!
So with a record number of new NFT projects dropping in January, and February expected to be even bigger I asked Matt Cobuzio of Matt’s Crypto to talk me through what he considers to be the best buys of the month. The first project that caught Matt’s Crypto’s eye is simply named “Cartoons!” Matt said he can’t believe the name of this new NFT. As for me I can’t believe it’s taken so long for the name to be used! So what is it about this particular project, I asked Matt’sCrypto? Well firstly it’s got a great team behind it, the artwork is simple, crisp, clean, uses bright bold color schemes and is just so darn cute. Which is exactly the type of project which is trending right now, and with a handle like “Cartoons” it’s gotta be a lot of fun, right! With a mint price of 0.07 ETH and a limited run of 7,777, Cartoons provides a great opportunity for any investor.
Matt’s Crypto’s second tip is Galyverse produced by the artist behind Meta Eagle Club, Gal Yosef. The 3D art on this one, as you expect from anything with Gal’s name on it, is just incredible. The price of this baby is 0.35 ETH plus gas, which while a higher price point than most new projects may just end up being great value. Moving on to number three on Matt’s list is Pixelmon. A Pixelmon is a pixelated 3D animated Dragon like creature that you can, as the blurb explains: “Train, trade, fight and evolve … through the Metaverse.” The Pixelmon universe comes replete with a game where you can capture Pixelmons that can then be used as NFTs. With a goal of producing the first ever AAA quality rated game this project might just be a real winner.
Next is “The Other Side” which currently has over 100K followers on Twitter. This project will take you all the way to the moon, and bring you high resolution 3D art with all the colors of the rainbow. So far The Other Side has not announced a mint price or release date, but there will be a total of 8,888 tokens expected to drop sometime during February. Matt expects the price point to be somewhere around the 0.15 ETH mark. Slotie Junior is the next project that Matt thinks will do well this month. There is a disclaimer here folks, Matt is an advisor for the Slotie project. So please take that into account when considering this project. Slotie OGs dropped a couple of months ago and the price is holding up well at just under 1 ETH. This project is like a virtual Vegas in the Metaverse that also gives you the potential to earn passive income.
Matt’s Crypto tells me this next one has even more followers with over 400K! Invisible Friends by the Random Character Collective is truly impressive. So far we know that there are 5,000 tokens available and the team’s other projects – SlimHoods and MoodRollers floor prices shot up to over 2.5ETH EACH when people found out owning those projects were one way to get on the whitelist for Invisible Friends. Getting whitelist here will be quite expensive but may pay off nicely for those investing.
