Kyle Elliott is the founder of TikTok Secrets, a Myrtle Beach, South Carolina-based company that provides TikTok Growth & Monetization Coaching & Consulting to aspiring/thriving creators, brands, and businesses. Since 2021, Kyle and his company strive to provide products, tools, and resources for FREE that is better than what most people are charging for.

Here we sit down with Kyle, to know a bit more about his journey as an entrepreneur.
Q. What inspired you to become an entrepreneur?
Kyle: My initial inspiration came from a desire to be free, to do what I want whenever I wanted, regardless of the price. As I’ve matured, it’s shifted more into wanting to impact as many lives in a positive way as possible.
Q. How did you get started?
Kyle: My journey started at a business-oriented media company (Business Blurb), as a social media intern.
I picked up the skill of short-form content creation very quickly, and it translated to the success of my personal account, which grew from 0-100k followers in a little over two weeks.
I then decided I wanted to help other people grow, and change their life like TikTok had changed mine.
But, there was something else I wanted to do first…
And that was to grow my account to one-million followers.
Once I had accomplished that in October 2021, TikTok Secrets was born.
Q. What was your biggest startup challenge? What steps did you take to overcome it? What did you learn?
Kyle: My biggest challenge in launching my creator business was I didn’t have anyone to guide me along the way.
I decided to hire a coach to help me start and hold me accountable.
I learned that it’s ok to ask for help and that to fast-track any learning curve in life, hiring an expert is almost always the right move.
Q. What is the Most Memorable Thing You’ve Done Since you Started your Business?
Kyle: There are so many things that come to mind, but the most memorable times for me are seeing my clients and students succeed after they take action, on the strategies and tactics we provide.

I think copywriting is applicable in so many areas of entrepreneurship. It took my content to the next level.

Kyle: InShot (Video editing), Slack (Communication), and ManyChat (DM Automation)
Q. In terms of legacy, what is the mark you’d like to leave on the world?
Kyle: On a micro level, I want to be there for the people close to me. On a macro level, I want to impact as many lives in a positive way as possible.
Q. In one sentence, what’s the best advice you’d give to someone just starting out on their entrepreneurial journey?
Kyle: Seek help and guidance from the people who are where you want to be.
