Q. What was your biggest startup challenge? What steps did you take to overcome it? What did you learn?

Matt: My biggest challenge was garnering the ability to get other business owners to have faith in me to deliver the service at such a young age. To overcome that, I partnered up with a gentleman who was a lot older and had more experience.

Q. What is the most memorable thing you’ve done since you started your business?

Matt: I started a brand called Qure Skincare with my sister, helping her to fulfill her dreams.

Matt: Pick one thing and one thing only to focus on. Think of it as an infinite game, think in terms of decades not in years, and focus on attaining marginal gains every day.
