Interview with the Spiritual Empowerment Coach, Kiana Graham

Kiana Graham is an International Spiritual Empowerment Coach helping women connect to their higher selves so they can find purpose and live their fullest potential. At an early age, she was introduced to ancient mysteries and esoteric knowledge by her family. It wasn’t until she went through a spiritual awakening in 2020 that she realised her purpose in contributing to the raising of consciousness across the globe.

Here we sit down with Kiana, to know a bit more about her journey as a spiritual coach.

Q. Tell us a little more about your journey as an entrepreneur – how did you get started? What inspired you?

Kiana: When the pandemic hit and my fast-paced life went on pause I found myself entering a deep rabbit hole. Rather than bingeing Netflix, I took to Gaia (consciousness-expanding videos), I started doing shadow and inner-child work, developing my intuition and exploring parts of me that I’d never fully connected with before. I questioned my reality and no longer found purpose in my 9-5 job or the things that once interested me. I discovered that I was much more interested in deepening my connection to spirit and helping others do the same.

Q. What’s one thing in your routine that you do consistently that has made a huge difference in your personal or business life?

Kiana: Definitely journaling! It’s the best way for me to process my thoughts, feelings and gain clarity in any given moment. I also find it such a powerful resource to reflect back and contemplate with because I can see the accomplishments and challenges I’ve been through over the years.

Q. Who are your mentors and inspiration? and what knowledge or insight did they give to you that was valuable?

Kiana: I accredit much of what I know today from the incredible leaders bridging science and spirituality such as Dr. Joe Dispenza, Gregg Braden, and David Wilcock. However my biggest inspiration of all is my Nana, I never saw her without a book in hand and she was always sharing with me spiritual knowledge.

Q. What has been your most satisfying moment in business?

Kiana: Getting to share spiritual knowledge and practices that have helped increase my conscious awareness in my own spiritual awakening journey.

Q. How do you market your business, and which tactics have been most successful?

Kiana: I love Instagram’s Reel feature! It’s such a fun way to deliver valuable content and I find that it ends up Divinely guided onto the timelines of those who need to see it.

Q. What have been your biggest failures or challenges?

Kiana: The biggest challenge was the transitioning of my identity from someone who wanted to party and drink all the time to someone who is into “woo woo” spirituality. I was so scared to reveal my spirituality for fear of the judgments people would make. I found myself between two worlds and unable to fully express myself for a while.

Q. How did this failure, or apparent failure, set you up for later success?

Kiana: It reflected back to me where I was no longer in alignment and how important it is to step into leading from your true authentic self. It wasn’t until I embodied my spirituality that I was able to attract my soul mate clients and live a life authentic to my higher self.

Q. If someone was to create a TV show about you, what would it be about and what would it be called?

Kiana: It would be a light-hearted comedy on the random situations I find myself in and it’d be called “Never A Dull Moment”.
