Infosys acquires The Missing Link

Infosys will acquire The Missing Link, a well-established Australian cybersecurity company. This strategic move will improve Infosys’s digital security offerings across Australia and Asia.

The deal, announced on Thursday, will see Infosys take over the award-winning Sydney-based firm known for its full-spectrum cybersecurity services. These include red and blue team operations, compliance, risk assessment, and managed security services. The parties have not disclosed the financial terms.

With more than 25 years of experience, The Missing Link has built a strong reputation working with global enterprises. The company provides offensive and defensive security solutions, strategic consulting, and operates a state-of-the-art Global Security Operations Centre (GSOC) to help clients detect and address threats. The company also offers proprietary cybersecurity solutions alongside major tech products and platforms.

Infosys said the deal will boost its presence in Australia. It will help global clients with digital transformation. Infosys will also integrate The Missing Link’s capabilities into its cloud platform, Infosys Cobalt. This will offer full security services across client data, systems, and networks.

Infosys aims to close the deal in the first quarter of its 2026 fiscal year, ending June 30, 2025. The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals.
