Founded in 2015 by responsible/ethical business leader Sally Hill, Purpose strives to offer cuttingedge insights into the rapidly evolving realm of sustainability and social impact business. It equips
individuals and organisations with solutions, case studies, tools and effective leadership networks to
tackle the world’s most pressing and intricate challenges. But it’s not just for those who consider
themselves active leaders in the space.
“Last year, I invited some friends and personal contacts who have felt gun shy about attending
Purpose because they work for companies that they think might cast them as ‘sellouts’ or working
for the ‘wrong type’ of organisations”. Hill said reflecting on Purpose 2022.
“They found Purpose to be a welcoming and judgment-free community, which we’ve always tried
really hard to foster. It goes back to the progress over perfection idea. We’d rather you in the room
than not. It means your head’s in the right place, even if your role or workplace might not be.”
Purpose 2023 Early Bird tickets are now on sale, and range from $699-$999 for the two-day
conference.
