Accenture’s A/NZ IT leader is replaced

The executive in charge of Accenture’s technology practise has changed as a result of the company’s restructuring of its executive leadership team for Australia and New Zealand.

The firm announced that Scott Hahn, who now serves as the A/NZ technology practise head, has been promoted to A/NZ strategic operations leadership.

Matt Coates, who most recently oversaw Accenture’s A/NZ “cloud first” division, will now take up Hahn’s prior position.

Both will continue to be a part of Accenture’s executive leadership team for A/NZ.

Coates “has bravely led Accenture A/cloud-first NZ’s business,” according to Burns.

“He has innovated to drive growth, develop our team members, and satisfy a high demand from clients for cloud migration services, “burned out.

“[Coates] will now oversee the whole A/NZ region’s technology practise, comprising the enterprise platform, operational technology, and bespoke engineering groups.”

Coates expressed his “pleasure” at becoming charge of Accenture’s A/NZ IT practise on LinkedIn.

In his statement, he said, “I look forward to working with my talented Accenture team to help our clients harness technology and innovation to shape their technology visions, execute their digital transformation journeys, and reinvent their businesses to create exceptional, sustainable value from their technology investments.
