Douugh includes ChatGPT in its financial platform.

Australian fintech firm Douugh has integrated OpenAI’s language model, ChatGPT, into its “micro-investing” platform to help educate its customers about finance.

The integration has already undergone internal beta testing and will be rolled out to a select group of customers before becoming available to all Douugh customers by the fourth quarter of 2022.

Douugh customers will be able to use ChatGPT to access general intelligence and search for potential investments, create comparisons, discover the differences between ETFs and shares, and receive return histories for any asset.

However, the company has stressed that ChatGPT’s output should not be mistaken for financial advice and recommends seeking advice where appropriate.
