National franchise for home services In addition to developing a full services app, Jim’s Jobs, Jim’s Group has started a massive IT infrastructure change to modernise work bookings and management and enhance its customer and franchisee experience.
It has picked Optus to provide connectivity to its more than 5000 franchisees as part of the change.
Approximately five million clients will be served by the 54 divisions that make up Optus Enterprise and Business’s over 700 offerings.
“Our franchisees run their businesses out of their pockets, and we’re always searching for methods to enhance the relationship between them and their clients. Optus is aware of this, and they are receptive to our suggestions and inquiries. They also assist our franchisees by providing updates and enhancements, according to Rocky Aloi, GM of Jim’s Group.
“In our line of work, it’s critical for our franchisees to have continual contact with their clients, and Optus enables them to do so.”
With Australia’s largest franchisee network, Jim’s Group enables its franchisees to operate independently or expand to take on staff of their own. By attending division-specific training and concentrating on the high standards for customer service set by Jim’s Group, new franchise owners gain experience.
