APPLE’S IPHONE 13 TO HIT SHELVES WITH IMPROVED CAMERAS, BATTERY, AND PROCESSOR

On Tuesday, 14 September- an Apple special event in California, the company announced the launch of the iPhone 13 range later this month. The new Apple phone will feature a small front camera notch, a new A15 Bionic Chip, and a brighter screen.

The devices feature upgrade cameras and the company’s latest A15 chip, which it says is up to 50% faster than the rivalry.

The four new iPhones including the iPhone 13 pro, the iPhone 13mini, and the iPhone 13 Pro Max, and iPhone 13 comes with a new processor, which Apple said would help users’’ absolutely fly through demanding workloads smoothly and efficiently.’’

Additionally, all of them have larger batteries, combined with a more power-efficient chip offering 1.5 to 2.5 hours more users each day.

Apple’s Voice president Kaiann Drance said,

‘’iPhone 13 has a faster chip, faster 5G speeds, a brighter OLED display, and the most advanced dual-camera system ever in an iPhone, and with all these upgrades the iPhone 13 has a better battery life.’’

WHAT IS THE PRICE OF THE IPHONE 13?

All four iPhones will be available for shipment on 24 September. The price of the iPhone 13 mini starts at $699/£679, the iPhone 13 starts at $799/£779, the iPhone 13 Pro starts at $999/£949 and the iPhone 13 Pro Max starts at $1099/£1049.

Also, Apple announced a new iPad mini and Apple Watch along with the phone. Jeff Williams, Apple’s Chief operating officer said that Apple Watch Series 7 will have a greater visual redesign, with a larger screen extending to the very edges of the device. 

He also said that it will be ‘’ our most crack-resistant screen ever’’ and the watch will also charge up to 33% quicker using a new USB-C charger. 

Though the sale date was given later this fall the company remains uncertain when users will get the watch. The Watch price starts at price $399. 

Apple also announced a redesign for the iPad mini, which will resemble the mid-range iPad Air, with an edge-to-edge screen and Touch ID sensor on the power button at the top of the screen. 

Though Apple focuses on its green credentials for the new phone, the most environment-friendly option will always be to continue the older devices. The new iPhone has antenna bands using ‘’ upcycled plastic water bottles’’. Said France, a first for the industry.
